Djambies (Friends) In a Box is a Subscription based business to support any Australian that is interested in gaining a greater understanding of First Nations People of Australia’s Culture, Systemic Racism within Australia; as well as the diversity of issues and systems faced by them in everyday life. All the while supporting First Nation Owned Businesses through products, produce and stories arriving at your door every month.
We intend to produce yearly Subscriptions, that bring these themes and goods to your door for the individual or family can learn more.
We plan to deliver a subscription service for minimally 1 year up to a 3 year subscription plan depending on the individual participation choice. We believe that a 3 year plan will ensure that our customers have a safe progression through their learning journey. We believe that it will take each customer time to work through the emotions and understanding of the systemic processes that supports one race to have a greater head start then the other race within this Country.
Together with respect, Djambies hopes to create a social change through all of the individuals walking this Journey with our First Nations People of this Country.
The Founders:
Hollie and Katherine are two proud GunaiKurnai and Monero Ngarigo cousins living on Gunaikurnai Country, who have come together in combining their knowledge of Country, Culture and Self-Experiences as First Nations People.
They see there is a gap in the lifestyle education world of implementing social change and impact through opportunities for educating others by educating oneself.
They would love for you to come on this journey to learn, showcase, educate and be involved in this change, all the while supporting other Deadly First Nations Businesses through being a part of Djambies in a box.
