No Ordinary Art Course is a subscription based course where participants seek self-mastery through emotional and creative literacy and intelligence. It is ideally suited to sensitive people who are looking for connection to self and similar others, and a space to develop their creative ideas, pursuits and artistry. There is an opportunity to explore the right brain and be immersed in the abstract, visual and sensory worlds of artists. Meditation techniques, body-awareness, mind-fullness, Yoga and Qi Gong combine with art history, painting, sculpture and response to place art. This course is online nationally and globally and also has a face to face component for people living regionally. Recorded monthly interviews with well-known Australian contemporary artists will be part of this course as well as sales of their artworks. It is a six month, rotating course with quarterly participant intakes. There are no exams. There is however the creation of a portfolio of art and  connection to like minded souls on the path to self discovery. Along with creativity and artistry the focus is empowerment, self mastery and self determination.

NESEA: Nature Emersion through Subtle Energy Awareness is a twelve week course based in ancient practice of  Qi Gong. These practices are for those truely looking to mesh with nature in the deepest way possible. These exercises come from ten years of Qi Gong Teachings from Master Li Ying, originally from Beijing. They were developed from ancient shamanic techniques to heighten awareness and command of internal and external Qi.  Qi Gong Practitioner Cat Bailey will teach these exercises and map the meridian system that circulates Qi within the body and through nature. This online course also combines bi-weekly lectures from well known ecologists and elders about connection to country, sustainability and human’s place in earth’s ecology.  The aim is to increase our communities environmental literacy.

Languaging Empowerment for Activists through NVC  is a six week, online course for people who would like to change the world and who need language support to do it.  Languaging Empowerment for Activists through NVC looks at new language skills to help in conversation, negotiation and facilitation based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Non Violent Communication. It is helpful for activists and organisations involved in strategies and campaigns around climate change and the environment.
