About The Founder

Meet Deborah

A passionate entrepreneur and social innovator, Deborah currently runs Deborah Tech (a software house) and Deborah Design LTD (a design agency). Driven by a strong desire to create a lasting impact, she launched Kitakerjaremote – a project that empowers Indonesians with remote work skills. She began her career as a commercial specialist at a fintech company, and currently work remotely at a Ukranian Owned Company as a CEO remotely.

Many Indonesian youth face limited job opportunities or end up working overseas in low-skilled roles such as domestic worker.

Solution Provided by Kitakerjaremote

Kitakerjaremote equips Indonesian youth with essential skills for remote work, enabling them to secure better jobs without leaving their homes.

Our Vision

Empowering Indonesian youth with the knowledge and skills to thrive in remote careers and get decent pay.

The History

The founder once created a community where all members freely share knowledge about IT (Information Technology) with one another. To sustain this initiative and expand its impact beyond the community, she decided to transform it into a social enterprise.

Our Target Market

– Unemployed individuals

– Career switchers

– Fresh graduates facing job market challenges

Social Impact

– 50% of profit will be directed to support marginalized communities, orphanages, and homeless shelters.

– Scholarships will be provided to those in financial need.

Ongoing Commitment

Deborah Tech already donates 10% of its revenue regularly to religious institutions, donation to orphanages, and feed the homeless.
