Offering different services to build funds for a sustainable housing project to build communities for displaced families due to the rental crisis

I have 17 acres of land to use, and currently searching for more, and wish to create tiny home communities with sustainable gardens

Following services are what i have implemented to 3500 members in my Facebook group to help fund the project

Budgeting, cover letters for rental applications

Rental application assistance

*Other services will be added

Also cash for Can Donations. , Crowd funding etc

Affordable rents will be charged for tiny homes, and that rent will go back into expanding to assist more families

With homelessness comes low self-esteem, mental health issues , sometimes jobs are lost, as challenges are faced for people living in cars and tents to be able to attend thier job from these uncertain living conditions

Sometimes all this leads to suicide, as people wear shame, that isnt thiers to wear

This project is intended to assist further than walking with them in thier journey , its by empowering them to be part of the solution, and this can help restore lives

I want to create communities, and employment opportunities to address these issues

I have properties to use in 2 areas of Qld and will be seeking out more

These properties are excess land of people who have volunteered it for assisting in this project

Part of the plan is to pay a fee to the land owners , so we are creating a winning situation for all parties who wish to be stakeholders of this project
