After years in the corporate world, I was burnt out and unaligned, as well as reckoning with a long term mental illness.
Finally, I took the plunge into starting to prioritise myself, from the inside out.

Compassion became a word that kept on popping up that I came to appreciate – a reminder to nourish ourselves with kindness and patience.

Ultimately, we enrich the world by being our most whole selves. But no one can walk that journey for us. So let the little tub of Compassion sitting in your fridge be a small reminder to treat yourself with kindness.

True to our word, we want to lead with Compassion. We are working to create a kinder, more sustainable and ethically transparent food system for our environment, the animals and humans.

But when we say compassion, we want to start with you. Yes you. Our circle of compassion is not complete unless we include and prioritise ourselves.

We believe that though the world’s conglomerates are jumping on the plant-based bandwagon, you and I will want to look for plant-based that nourish us from inside out.

So Compassion is on a mission to meet you there, crafting deliciously spoon-out-of-the-jar goodness that’s cruelty free and oh so nutritious.
