I am a mother of 2, 5 year old girl and 3 Year old boy.
Animal lover (Helping wildlife, Pets and rescues) ,and fundraiser for Sick kids and animal organisations…

In 2019 I started to get a Kids Party company up and running, in 2020 we had bushfires cancelling all of my bookings AND covid stopping others, so at the end of 2020 I started to make everything reusable, reducing my own costs, enviromental impact and flexibility. I would go to the party set up, then return and pack it all away, clean it and store. Balloons were hand made, bright and did everything a balloon display could do.
Lock down 2021, and I Have now lost every chance of making any money for my bills and my kids christmas, birthdays etc, with no goverment help to get my son to his medical appointments 4 hours (8 return) as he is yet to be diagnosed, I had to do something.
Apart of the parties were large wood cut outs, suiting the theme, like a bulldozer and excavator for our construction parties and so much more.

I used all of my birthday gift cards to buy more plywood and got to work starting to draw cut and paint characters for kids rooms, come October I started advertising outdoor Christmas decorations, and orders started piling up. I could see a light. Mid November my gall bladder decided it needed to removed immediately and after a week dealing with infection and recovery I was released and with help managed to catch up and get more orders, enough to sort out christmas for the kids and bills, and paying for my help.

Unfortunately, Ive had to slow down because I’ve lost my Cutter, and I’m no where near as good. I’m losing opportunities.  After researching what I need to reduce my own cutting, time etc.

The machine will cut the wood but a computer program and keep it me from cutting my more intricate designs by hand.

I’m $3000.00 short on what I need to keep this going. I’m desperate to keep my business alive, I cant work full time because of my son having appointments, that could be dropped on me in 2 days, which should have been back the next day, we were there for 2 weeks…. So I’m desperate to be able to work from home. Never thought I’d be one to put my hand up for help not to mention Put my hand out for money.

I don’t know if this will work, but I’m so hopeful this venture hasn’t come to an end yet.
